Bank Cler chose a interactive solution from Atracsys Interactive to use in multiple branches in Switzerland. Aiming to facilitate contact between clients and customer advisors, a multi-touch application is used during appointments.

The touchscreen application provided a playful aid in the dialogue between advisor and customer, from key topics such as income, expenses, short and long-term projects, to professional and personal situations.

Financial data and goals are displayed and compared in a playful way. This allows smooth discussions regarding steps to take during and after the meeting. After the meeting, a report is printed for the client and the data is passed on to the advisor to allow a personalized follow-up to build a strong long term relationship.
