Meet Olivia Foglia

I trained as a multimedia specialist, focusing on design and communication during the final years of my apprenticeship. Content creation has been at the heart of my work ever since, from web and print design to photography and video production.

Before joining Immensive in October 2024, I worked across several industries, including education, retail and horticulture, developing a broad range of skills in design and digital communication.

My role combines interactive application design and digital communication. I design interfaces for our clients and manage content for Immensive’s website, social media and newsletters, including SEO and project case studies. I also produce photography and videos, particularly documenting our installations at client sites.

I start by understanding the client’s visual identity, environment and needs to create an interface that fits their world and is easy to use. I then work closely with our developers, preparing visual assets and adapting the design to the technical requirements of the project.

I enjoy the variety of projects and the opportunity to create experiences tailored to different audiences and environments. Each project brings its own challenges and possibilities, combining design, content and technology in different ways.

Before joining Immensive, I mostly associated applications with mobile apps. I’ve since discovered how far interactive experiences can go, from large touchscreen interfaces to systems incorporating NFC technology and other interactive features. It’s given me a new perspective on how design and technology can shape the way people interact with content.
